What is that hanging out of its beak? A fish or its tongue? The feathers have a lot of detail, always a difficult thing to do with these white birds. This is a good documentary style photo.

@Martin: That is the bird's tongue (crazy forked, huh?). I had photos with it eating a fish, but it wasn't as interesting (to me) as this one with the weird tongue!
