Shot from the 43rd floor of an office building.
I like this one. I'm surprised no one else has commented. I don't think the tilt-shift effect is strong here, but what what do I know. I was going to try this the other day and discovered I couldn't make it work with Photoshop Elements. Looks like I'm going to have to upgrade. Very nice shot.
